Through my art, I cherish the opportunity to connect with so many wonderful people and hear stories and inspiration behind the special people and pets I get to paint for them.
I’ve always appreciated the healing and sublime qualities of art, which led to my journey in earning a Museum Studies and History degree in college, followed by my career working in cultural institutions. My art practice has been inspired greatly from the work I do at my day job, which at the end of the day, are both fueled by the desire to create opportunities for art to be experienced and enjoyed.
